Village of Southampton – New Hampton Road Fire House

Lizardos prepared contract drawings for the new 15,000sf firehouse. HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection disciplines. The drawings were prepared in Autodesk Revit as part of a building information model (BIM). Electrical design included 800A electric service at 480V. Included with the service is 150kW emergency generator providing complete power for facility upon loss of utility power. Additional systems included fire alarm, public address, lighting control and security. The HVAC systems were designed to include three gas-fired Condensing boilers. Aerco Modulex Model MLX-454 boilers were specified as part of the hot water hydronic heating system.
