Lizardos is the MEP design engineer for new Optimum Mobile stores. The projects began with survey of the planned location, preparation of an MEP feasibility assessment report for the space, and once approved, final design for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. Contract documents are created in conformance with state and local codes and regulations. Lizardos also provides construction administration and close-out. Store Locations:
