Lizardos designed MEP infrastructure and distribution to support a new state of the art IVF Suite. The design effort included:
- New rooftop air handling unit with particulate and chemical filtration for the procedure rooms
- New rooftop air handling unit for support spaces
- Two (2) new 400 Ton water-cooled centrifugal chillers
- New steam to hot water heat exchangers and associated hot water piping
- New Supply, Return and Exhaust Air distribution
- Normal and Emergency power distribution
- New Nurse Call system
- Medical gas design and distribution to procedure and recovery rooms
- Fire Protection distribution throughout the floor
