Northwell Health – Huntington Hospital

Lizardos designed MEP systems for a $50 million, 24,000sf expansion to the ED including construction of a new, 2-story addition to the 5-story, 405,517sf hospital. The design/construction effort was performed in two phases. The first phase relocated existing utility lines to allow the new building construction, and the second phase designed the new ED. This time-saving approach allowed the construction team to start with the required site relocations as the design on the ED was being completed.
