Lizardos provided MEP design for the new infrastructure and fit-out of the 54,000sf Building to house a Cardiology Suite and X-Ray Pulmonary Suite on the 1st floor, the Primary Care Medical Offices and Exam Rooms on the 2nd floor and the Endoscopy Suite with 6 procedure rooms on the 3rd floor. The Lobby had a full renovation along with the addition of a new elevator and new bathrooms.
