Northwell Health – The Feinstein Institute for Medical Research

Lizardos served as the MEP engineer for this new state-of-the-art facility. The new 60,000 SF addition to the existing 100,000 SF building houses 55 research laboratories and a scientific conference center.

This project consists of a complete gut and renovation of approximately 20,000sf of space on the 4th Floor of the original building into a new modernized laboratory facility, including an 800sf BSL/ABSL space.
